                            GetVerify procedure

  DECLARATION:  GetVerify(var Verify : Boolean)

      PURPOSE:  Returns the state of the verify flag in DOS

         UNIT:  DOS

      REMARKS:  When Verify is set to FALSE (off), disk writes are not
                verified.  When TRUE, all disk writes are verified.
